Cottages 1-7 are all stone terraced and the water supply is from a private spring. Parking is available outside each cottage. All the cottages are 3 Star except Dairymaid`s which is 4 Star.
Northside Cottage No.1 - This cottage is north facing with its own garden There are three bedrooms, a double, a twin and a large bedroom with a double and a single. There is a sitting room with video and TV, seperate dining room, well equipped kitchen and the bathroom has a bath with shower overhead.
Marian`s Cottage No.2 - This cottage has three bedrooms, a double, a twin and a double plus single. There sitting room has a TV and video and the kitchen is large and well equipped. The bathroom is upstairs and has a bath with a shower overhead.
Cottage No. 3 - This is a mid-terraced cottage with a double en-suite bedroom, a twin and a double plus single. There is a sitting room with open fire, video and TV and separate dining room with bathroom downstairs. The kitchen is well equipped.
Jake`s Cottage No. 4 - This cottage is our smallest, with a twin bedroom. There is a large well equipped kitchen and sitting room with wood burning stove and a TV. The bathroom has a bath with shower overhead.
Steward`s Cottage No. 5 - This cottage is a three bedroomed cottage with a double, a twin and a double plus single. This cottage can be connected to Haggy Hills Cottage by an interconnecting door, for larger parties.The sitting room is spacious with a wood burning stove, video and TV. The kitchen is large and well equipped. The bathroom has a bath with a shower overhead.
Haggy Hills Cottage No. 6 - This cottage is south facing overlooking the garden. This cottage can be connected to Steward`s Cottage by an interconnecting door, for larger parties. There are two bedrooms, one double and one large room with a double and two singles. There is a sitting room with open fire and TV and Video. The kitchen well equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a bath with a shower overhead.
East End Cottage No. 7 - This cottage is south facing with two bedrooms, one double and one with 3 singles. There is a sitting room with open fire and TV . There is a separate dining room and well equipped kitchen. Bathroom has a bath and shower overhead.
Dairymaid`s Cottage No. 8 - The cottage has 3 bedrooms, all upstairs, a double, a twin and a room with bunks. The bathroom is large with a bath and separate shower. There is a good sized sitting room with TV and video. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a dining area in the kitchen. Car parking is at the rear of the cottage.
Farm House Annexe no. 9 - This property is the wing of the farm house at Doxford Farm and has a double and a twin room with a bathroom upstairs. The sitting room is quaint and has a TV and video.The kitchen is well equipped. There is a dining table in the sitting room. There are large gardens back and front and a pond adjacent.
We are pet friendly!! ( except for Dairymaid`s and Farmhouse Annexe. Dog boarding kennels are just 3 miles away).
