Welcome to the Spinnaker Tower, Portsmouth, a 170 metre tall visitor attraction overlooking historical Portsmouth harbour and the Solent.

With awe-inspiring views, the Tower is a must-see for families, couples and groups alike, as well as an unusual and unique venue for a corporate event.

Soaring 170 metres above Portsmouth Harbour and the Solent, the Spinnaker Tower is taller than the London Eye, Blackpool Tower and Big Ben and has already established itself as a national icon
for Britain.

A world class visitor attraction, the much-admired, elegant viewing Tower stands proud over one of the most fascinating seascapes in the world. Situated on the waterfront at Gunwharf Quays, it offers amazing 350º panoramic views of Portsmouth Harbour, the South coast and the Isle of Wight, with views stretching out for up to 23 miles - breathtaking by day and a glittering sea of lights by night.

View Deck 1 boasts Europe’s largest glass floor, where visitors of all ages can dare to ‘walk on air’! View Deck 2 has self-contained multimedia ‘Time Telescope’ stations showing the history of the harbour and View Deck 3 – The Crow’s Nest – is open to the elements, enabling visitors to feel the wind in their hair.

The Views

Stretching for up to 23 miles in any direction, the panorama that unfolds from the top of the Spinnaker Tower is truly breathtaking. From the sandy beaches of the Witterings and Selsey Bill in the East to the countryside of the New Forest in the West, from the picturesque Isle of Wight in the South to the rolling hills of Hampshire’s South Downs in the North, the views are a sight to behold.

The Spinnaker Tower Café/Bar

The Tower Cafe/Bar is distinctively situated directly on the waterfornt of Gunwharf Quays, offering
the best view out over the harbour. Choose from our extensive range of delicious coffees and cakes
as you sit back in the comfortable surroundings and take in the sights from this unique location.

If you're feeling peckish, a full lunch menu is available including a selection of homemade sandwiches and baguettes, paninis and jacket potatoes.

Money saving meal deals and daily specials are always available. Open daily from 10am
