Woburn Safari Park opened in 1970 and was the second Safari park to open after Longleat in the UK. Today it is an award winning attraction which makes a valuable contribution to conservation. Most of all, it is a place where families can enjoy being together and seeing animals in a beautiful environment. We hope that you enjoy your visit.

Woburn Safari Park is an action packed day for all the family. From the Road Safari where you can go round as many times as you like to the Foot Safari where you can mingle with the animals, grab lunch before watching the keeper demonstrations. Our staff are here to help you so please do ask them for information during your visit. They know all the animals' personalities and can give you insights into their working day.

Must See
With such a huge range of animals to see and activities to enjoy, we suggest you plan 3-6 hours for your visit. You can repeat the Road Safari as often as you like with no extra charge and also meet more animals once you have parked up at the Wild World Leisure Area.

Animal Encounters
Once you have seen the big animals on the Road Safari, come and enjoy the smaller animals that you can meet on the Foot Safari . There are an amazing range of animals to meet from cute lemurs to wallabies, to our huge Burmese Python.

Keepers Talks & Feeding Times
Woburn offers a busy programme of talks and demonstrations. These vary according to the season so please check the timetables to plan your day so that you don't miss out

Activity Areas
There are a number of activities to enjoy once you reach the Foot Safari, all of which are included in your admission price. There are also places to buy your souvenirs in the Junglies Gift Shop or the Trading Post and have a food and drink stop in either the Safari or the Two By Two Restaurant.

Where To Eat
Once you have enjoyed your Road Safari at Woburn, why not relax in the Wild World Leisure Area where you can find the various places to enjoy a break, refuel and then visit more animals!

Stay Overnight
Make the most of your visit. Book an overnight stay at the Inn at Woburn and enjoy complimentary entry to Woburn Abbey and Woburn Safari Park.
